This machine was developed by Xi’an Dagang Road Machinery in 2001 and has got many mandatory tests since June 2002, acquiring the approval of The People's Republic of Economic and Trade Commission and passing the national CCC authentication. In October 2004, it got the scientific and technological achievement identification of Shaanxi Science and Technology Bureau, with the assessment: the performance of complete machine can reach the international advanced level. It was listed as National Torch Plan in September 2006. The intelligent asphalt distributor produced by Dagang Company has served the high-level road construction and maintenance project.

Our Intellectualized Asphalt Distributor is used for spraying asphalt on the prime coat, the water-proof layer and tack coat in high-graded road construction. It also can be used for bituminous pavement with the construction techniques of spreading in layers. It can spray hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, etc. It is mainly composed of Truck Chassis, Asphalt Tank, Asphalt Pumping and Spraying System, Heating System, Hydraulic Circuit, Pneumatic Circuit, Auto control System and Operation Panel
