The DT series of bitumen decanting equipment developed and produced by our company,which is mainly used for decanting and heating of barreled asphalt, bearing the functions of dehydration and automatic slag cleaning.Forklift and a hydraulic bucket turning device cooperated together to place the bucket on the platform, and pushes the bucket one by one to the back in turn until it is pushed out at the back end.The outer wall of the main body will be heated by thermal oi pipes through radiation. After the half-melted blocks enters into the main chamber, the flue pipe will heating bitumen directly for heat exchange. Then after the liquid bitumen reaches to certain temperature and the viscosity is satisfied for pumping, it can be pumped out for usage.
